Serra Nissan - Terrible
They can tell u all u need to know over the phone but get u in just to play games and deny u. I was guaranteed I would be leaving with a ca5 only to get denied. Don't do business with Tom Smith, hes is the worst and biggest fraud. So my advice is don't support them and find another dealership with honesty

Paint Fender Review
Was promise to spot paint fender where they chipped paint on 12-29-14. Was told I would be furnished an auto on 1-14 and they would do work then but they passed excuses back & forth from body shop to paint shop. Lack of honesty bottom line!
